SUMMARY

To collapse heading levels while in outline view, the MINUS (-) key on the numeric keypad must be used and NUM LOCK must be off.

Using the HYPHEN key that is located in the top row of the main keyboard, or using the numeric keypad MINUS key while NUM LOCK is on, will insert the minus (-) character.

If the keyboard does not have a separate numeric keypad, press the following keys to collapse the heading levels:

To expand heading levels that have been collapsed, use the PLUS (+) key on the numeric keypad. If the keyboard does not have a separate numeric keypad, press the following keys to expand the heading levels:
