Random Screen Corruption On TeleVideo 386 with Paradise

SUMMARY
A problem with Microsoft Word 5.0 has been reported that, at random times, the Word screen expands so that the menu is no longer visible. When this problem occurs, any text inserted is inserted twice, i.e., as if each character was shadowed. This problem happens only when working in 43-line text mode.
The problem occurred when the following configuration was used:
Computer TeleVideo 386 Graphics Card Paradise EGA 256K Monitor NEC Multisync Operating system TeleVideo DOS 3.3 Microsoft Mouse Mouse driver Version 6.25.21 TSR’s None
A manual redraw of the screen using CTRL+SHIFT+ will return the screen to normal.
Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new information as it becomes available.
