The following text is taken from the “Microsoft Systems Journal”: Unfortunately, many traditional debugging techniques don’t work in the Windows environment. The DEBUG utility provides print statement-like debugging within Windows. The utility will also record and display internal program events and lets you manage the process with a central control panel.
