Summary:

The document "File 2.0 Read Me" on the Microsoft File version 2.00 Program disk is a TeachText document. TeachText is an application that comes on the Apple Macintosh System update disks.

Since the Read Me file is a text document, it can also be read using MacWrite or Microsoft Word by starting up MacWrite or Word and then choosing Open from the File menu and selecting the Read Me document.
