The Library Table command was chosen. Word selects the existing table and asks you to replace it. The line “.Begin Table.” that marks the beginning of the table, is included in the selection. Respond in one of the following ways:
- Press “Y” to replace the selected text with a newly compiled table.
- Press “N” to append the new table to the existing table.
- Press the ESC key to cancel the command, if you do not want to replace the existing table or if you’ve inadvertently moved the “.Begin Table.” line, and the selected text is not part of your existing table.
