SUMMARY
A printer driver created with the Bitstream Fontware Kit for the Hewlett-Packard LaserJet Series II does not directly support the cursor line draw feature of Word. To get line draw, modify the printer driver with the MAKEPRD utility provided with Word.
To modify the driver, change the “8u” to “10u” in the code at beginmod for the Courier font. Also, change the CTP pointer to NIL (for example CTP:NIL).
