In Word version 5.00, select the IBM 8514 video adapter during the Setup program, and then choose the desired mode in the Options “display mode:” field of Word 5.00.
For Word 5.50, select the IBM 8514 video adapter during setup, and choose the desired video mode in the View Preferences Display Mode menu.
