Summary:
Function 33 is similar to Function 0 except that there is no initialization of the mouse hardware or resetting of other display hardware-dependent variables. Resets are confined to software only.

AX = 33 AX = -1 if mouse driver is installed; otherwise 33h BX = 2 (provided AX = -1)
