- Microsoft Mouse Driver for MS-DOS, versions 6.x, 7.x, 8.x, and 9.0

Summary:

Function 28 operates only with the InPort mouse. Function 28 sets the rate at which the mouse driver polls the status of the mouse. Faster interrupt rates provide better resolution in graphics applications. Slower interrupt rates may allow applications to run faster.
