Excel: LOG10() Function Returning #NUM! Error

SUMMARY

When operating on a Macintosh II, Macintosh Plus, or Macintosh SE with a 68881 math coprocessor, the LOG10() function may return a #NUM! error.

This error occurs on the machines listed above when calculating the LOG10() of small numbers, such as 1e-21.

Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new information here as it becomes available.
