Last reviewed: October 26, 1994
Article ID: Q34961

Summary:

To print each category of information on a new page when setting up a report in Microsoft File, select the "Start new page when first column changes" option in the Page Setup dialog box for the report. For example, if your database is sorted first by state, the report will print the entries for each state on a separate page.
