SYMPTOMS
When you click Help during Internet Explorer Setup, there are two Options items (one on the menu, and one in a toolbar). Both items indicate that they can be opened by pressing ALT+O.
Using the ALT+O shortcut opens Options from the toolbar instead of the menu. There is no keyboard shortcut to open the Options item from the menu.
WORKAROUND
To access the Options item from the menu, press ALT and then press RIGHT ARROW until the Options item is selected. Press DOWN ARROW to display the Options menu items.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
