When you are running NetMeeting 3.01 in an ActiveX control, NetMeeting may truncate the right side of the video screen if it is receiving Common Interchange Format-size (CIF-size) video.


The ActiveX control does not support viewing CIF-size video.


Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.


Netmeeting Service Pack 2 has been released for Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows Me, and Windows NT 4.0. Netmeeting SP2 includes the fix mentioned in this KB. The following file is available for download from the Microsoft Download Center: (Download Center URL)
