SYMPTOMS
If you use a browser other than Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 as an Exchange 2000 Outlook Web Access (OWA) client, when you see a meeting cancellation notice in the Inbox view that includes an attachment, the attachment is not there when you open the meeting cancellation.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, use Internet Explorer 5.0.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
