SYMPTOMS
When you access Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Outlook Web Access (OWA) with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5, or Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5, and you click the Address Book icon from the toolbar, or you click the To, CC, or BCC button, the Find Names dialog box appears.
You may find the layout of this form confusing because of the following reasons:
- The field labels are not placed in static locations on the form. If you use a small screen resolution, you may not see the fields clearly to enter the data.
- The Find, Reset, and Close buttons are not intuitively located.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
