SUMMARY

The Motive Tuner is a Web-based, support application that allows access and interaction between you and a Microsoft Support Professional. During the pilot period, Microsoft Outlook is the only product supported by the Motive Tuner.

On February 29, 2000, the Motive Tuner pilot is not accepting new cases. After this time, you will not be able to submit new incidents using the Motive Tuner. Incidents that are open will continue to be serviced until they are closed. All Motive Tuner incidents will be maintained on Microsoft's database for future reference. Any new incidents will be handled through our normal on-line support channels. Please refer to:

MORE INFORMATION

You can use the Motive Tuner pilot for Outlook consumer warranty support. Microsoft Support Professionals are available during core business hours, 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. PST, Monday through Friday.

If you do not get the help you need through the self-service session, you can electronically escalate the issue to a Microsoft Support Professional. Motive Tuner provides the Microsoft Support Professional with all of the information about your Outlook installation that they need to help you diagnose and resolve the issue.

System requirements to run the Motive Tuner:
