SYMPTOMS
When you use Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Outlook Web Access (OWA) and double-click a folder name, the folder does not expand and reveal its sub-folders as it does in Microsoft Outlook.
WORKAROUND
To expand a folder in the folder list, click the plus sign (+) next to the folder. To collapse a folder, click the minus (-) sign.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
