SYMPTOMS
When you use the Microsoft Date and Time Picker control on an Outlook form, you may see any of the following behaviors:
- The font size may change unexpectedly.
- The text may grow extremely large in a single frame.
- The calendar may become distorted.
CAUSE
This problem may be caused if there are frame controls on a form page, if there are additional container controls on a form page, or if you switch between form pages.
WORKAROUND
You may be able to work around the problem by redesigning one or more of the form pages. In general, simpler form pages do not exhibit this problem.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
