SYMPTOMS
When a Personal Distribution List (PDL) in a Personal Address Book (PAB) is imported into the Contacts folder, the Contacts folder is populated with the members of the PAB as well as the PDL. Only distribution list items should be created in the Contacts folder.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Office 2000 Service Release 1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a).
