SYMPTOMS
If the Exchange administrator changes the Change conference resource, or Change conference end time options on the Conference settings tab, in the properties of the Conferencing site name object in Active Directory, active conferences does not see any of these changes.
RESOLUTION
In order for the changes to take effect, all users have to exit, and then re-enter any active conferences.
STATUS
This behavior is by design.
