SYMPTOMS
If Outlook is installed to run from a computer running Microsoft Windows Terminal Server and one Outlook user selects to use Microsoft Schedule+ as the primary calendar, all users on that terminal server are forced to use Schedule+ as their primary calendar.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Outlook 2000.
