SYMPTOMS
When they are using Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA), delegates cannot see private items in another user's mailbox even though this option has been set with Microsoft Outlook. When the delegates log on with Outlook, they can see private items.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
