In Microsoft Outlook, you can set a message to have replies sent to other recipients. When you reply to this type of message using Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA), only the first recipient in the list appears on the To line.
NOTE: If you reply to the message using Microsoft Outlook, the reply is sent to all the recipients specified.
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
When you compose a new message in Outlook and click the Options button on the toolbar, you have an option to list additional recipients in the Have replies sent to field. This allows you to send a message but have other recipients receive the replies.
