SYMPTOMS
When you quit the Magnifier accessibility program, your program windows are not restored to the size and location they had before you started Magnifier.
CAUSE
Magnifier resizes and moves windows so that they are unobstructed by the magnified viewable window.
RESOLUTION
After you quit Magnifier, resize or move the windows manually to the appropriate size or location.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
