SYMPTOMS

When you open the public folder tree in the Microsoft Exchange 2000 Outlook Web Access (OWA) client, you cannot view your Favorites folder.

To work around this problem, use Microsoft Outlook to view your Favorites.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000.
