SUMMARY
When you attempt to delete a Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server user who has a mailbox entry replicated from Microsoft Windows 2000 Active Directory to the Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5 directory, you receive the following error message:
Error Msg: "An internal processing error has occurred..."
MORE INFORMATION
This error only occurs when you are using the Exchange Server 5.5 Administrator program. The Administrator program does not properly communicate with the Exchange 2000 information store. The Exchange 2000 information store does not support the Exchange Server 5.5 interfaces, therefore, use the Windows 2000 Active Directory Users and Computers Microsoft Management Console (MMC) snap-in to manage Exchange 2000 mailboxes.
