SYMPTOMS
There is a documentation error in the Internet Explorer Administration Kit (IEAK) version 5.0 "Animated bitmap tools" Help topic. These tools are noted as being in the Toolkit\Tools\Animate folder, but they are not in that location.
RESOLUTION
To work around this problem, you can locate these tools in the Toolkit\Graphics\Tools folder.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
