SYMPTOMS
When you create a local path as an Active Desktop component on the desktop in Web view, and you press F5 to refresh, the Web view turns off, reverting to regular mode.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, upgrade to the most recent version of Windows 95 or Windows 98.
