SYMPTOMS
It may be possible for a malicious user to gain additional privileges on your Windows NT-based computer if the user can interactively log on to the computer. The unauthorized privileges include the ability to take the following actions:
- Cause code to run in a local system context.
- Cause code to run the next time another user logs on to the same computer.
- Disable the security protection for a previously reported vulnerability.
