If you have the Corporate or Workgroup installation, you see "Corporate or Workgroup".
If your operating system is either Microsoft Windows 2000 or Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, and Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.01 is installed, when you attempt to open a vCard Outlook stops responding, or you may receive the following error message:
NOTE: This may not happen the first time you open a specific vCard.
To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Office 2000 Service Release 1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a).

This fix is also included in the vCard Update for Office 2000 SR-1 that is available on the Windows Update site.
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article. This problem was corrected in Microsoft Office 2000 SR-1/SR-1a.
