Summary:
In Microsoft File, to quickly copy information into a field from the same field in the previous record, do the following:
- Select an insertion point in the field into which information is to be copied.
- Press COMMAND+' (hold down COMMAND while pressing the apostrophe key).
The information in the field of the previous record will be copied into the active field at the position of the insertion point.
