SYMPTOMS
Microsoft Outlook clients can create a .nick file that acts as a shortcut for e-mail addresses that have multiple matches within the global address list. This shortcut can then be used instead of the user's actual e-mail address.
Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA) does not have an AutoCheckName feature (also known as the NickName feature) similar to this.
STATUS
This feature is not available in Outlook Web Access in Exchange 2000.
