SYMPTOMS
When you have the Inbox in the Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Outlook Web Access (OWA) configured in the Group By view and the groups are expanded, the expanded groups collapse if you click the header to sort items.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
