SYMPTOMS
When you are using Microsoft Exchange 2000 Outlook Web Access (OWA) with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 and you attempt to delete a folder either by clicking the Delete icon on the OWA toolbar or by pressing the DELETE key on the keyboard, the folder is not deleted.
WORKAROUND
Right-click the folder and then click Delete, or drag the folder to the Deleted Items folder.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
