In Microsoft Exchange 2000 Outlook Web Access (OWA), you cannot separate message recipient names in the To field with a comma (,). You must use a semicolon (;).

In Microsoft Outlook, you can use the Allow comma as address separator option on a per-user basis.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
