SYMPTOMS
When an e-mail message contains the mailto:username link, clicking this in Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA) doesn't bring up another OWA page, it opens the default registered e-mail program instead.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
