SYMPTOMS
When you install the RnR PPTools add-ins for PowerPoint, you may experience the following symptoms:
- Halfway through the installation process, you receive the following error message:
- When you close PowerPoint, it stops responding.

CAUSE
PowerPoint does not properly unload locked add-ins while quitting.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Office 2000 Service Release 1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a).
