SYMPTOMS
When you attempt to print your workbook, Microsoft Excel quits unexpectedly. You receive the following error message, and your workbook is not printed:
CAUSE
This problem occurs when the following conditions are true:
- You are running Microsoft Windows 2000.
-and-
- You print to a printer that has a name longer than 113 characters.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Office 2000 Service Release 1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a).
