SYMPTOMS
When you are using Microsoft Outlook 98 and you connect to a Microsoft Exchange Server computer, you may be prompted to auto archive old items. If you click No on the AutoArchive dialog box, Outlook 98 disables the AutoArchive feature completely.
RESOLUTION
A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that this article describes. Apply it only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem.
