When you start the HTML Administration (HTMLA) tool to configure Internet Information Server (IIS) on a computer running Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional or Server and you change the Active Log Format option under Default Web Site, the active log format may be blank when you view the log format in Internet Service Manager.

This issue can occur if you use Netscape Navigator version 4.6 to start the HTMLA tool.

NOTE: This behavior does not occur when you use Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.0 to start HTMLA.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional and Microsoft Windows 2000 Server.
