SYMPTOMS
You may experience the following problem when you export a table or query from a Microsoft Access database to an existing Microsoft Excel workbook, containing a chart sheet.
When you click Details (on Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition, press ALT+D), you receive the following message:

If you are using Microsoft Windows NT, you receive the following error message:
NOTE: The actual memory address may vary.
RESOLUTION
To prevent this problem, install Microsoft Jet 3.51 Service Pack 2.
STATUS
This behavior no longer occurs in Microsoft Jet 3.51 Service Pack 2.

This problem does not occur if the chart is embedded on a worksheet.

Steps to Reproduce Behavior
- Create an Excel file that contains a chart on a chart sheet.
- Save the file and close Excel.
- Open the sample database Northwind.mdb.
- Select the Shippers table.
- On the File menu, click Save As/Export.
- Choose To an External File or Database, and then click OK.
- In the Save as type list, select Microsoft Excel 97.
- Select the file that you created in step 1, and then click Export.
Note that you receive one of the errors mentioned in the "Symptoms" section.
