Error When Searching Using "Browse All Of MSN" Search Page

SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to search MSN, The Microsoft Network, using the Browse All Of MSN search page, you may receive the following error message:

   Microsoft VBScript runtime error

   [Line: 54] Object doesn't support this property or method

CAUSE

Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.02 may not be installed correctly.

RESOLUTION

Download and install Internet Explorer 3.02 from the following Microsoft Web site:

   http://www.microsoft.com/ie/download

NOTE: While you are installing Internet Explorer, you may repeatedly receive the following message:

   Version Conflict. A file being copied is older than the one currently
   on your computer. Do you want to keep the existing file?

Each time you receive this message, click No.
