SYMPTOMS
If you attempt to cancel printing a Trip Digest from Microsoft Expedia Trip Planner 98 while you are waiting for the print job to complete, Trip Planner may stop responding (hang).
RESOLUTION
To avoid this problem, wait until the print job completes. Printing may take a few minutes depending on the length of the Trip Digest.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Expedia Trip Planner 98. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
