SYMPTOMS
When you attempt to enter a game room or join a game, a blank page may be displayed, or you may receive blank page containing an error message.
CAUSE
You are unable to join a game if you are using a Internet Explorer version 3.0 or 3.01. The Zone requires the released versions of Internet Explorer 3.02 or later.
RESOLUTION
Upgrade to Internet Explorer version 3.02 or later. For more information about downloading and installing Internet Explorer, please see the Microsoft Internet Explorer Web site at the following address:
You should also make sure your browser’s security setting is set to Medium or None, but not High.
