SYMPTOMS
When you change the font size in MSN, The Microsoft Network, or Microsoft Internet Explorer, some fonts on a Web page may not change.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if the text is contained in a graphic image on the Web page.

The font size option in Internet Explorer changes the size of text-based fonts. Text that is part of a graphic is not resized.
