SYMPTOMS
When using Microsoft Money on two computers with one Money data file set up for Online Services, your Financial Institution logos and links to Financial Institution Web sites may be missing.
CAUSE
This happens when Money is not installed on the the same drive letter and in the exact same path on both computers.
RESOLUTION
Reinstall Money on the second computer, so that it is found on the same drive letter and in the same path as the primary computer.
For example, on the primary computer if Money is found on
C:FilesMoney
you must install Money on the second computer on:
C:FilesMoney
MORE INFORMATION
The default location that Money installs to is:
C:FilesMoney
If you install Money to another location you must install Money to a similar location on both computers.
