SUMMARY

As a member of MSN, The Microsoft Network, you can locate the e-mail addresses and names of other MSN members by using the Directory Service tool in the Windows Address Book. This article describes how to locate the e-mail address and name of another MSN member.

To locate the e-mail address of another MSN member, use the following steps:

  1. Click Start, point to Find, and then click People.
  2. In the Search box, click MSN.
  3. Type the first and last name of the MSN member you want to find in the Name box, and then click Find Now.
  4. Type your Member ID and password, and then click OK.

To locate the first and last name of another MSN member, use the following steps:

  1. Click Start, point to Find, and then click People.
  2. In the Search box, click MSN.
  3. Type the e-mail address of the MSN member you want to find in the E-mail box, and then click Find Now.
  4. Type your Member ID and password, and then click OK.

To view the country and city of an MSN member, double-click the Member ID in the list of found members, and then click the Business tab in the Member Properties window.

To add the MSN member to your Windows Address Book, click Add to Address Book in the Find People window.
