When you select Monday through Friday in the Change Working Time dialog box, and press TAB or click anywhere in the dialog box so that the box loses focus, your shift time edits may not be visible. In addition, the selected days are not shaded to indicate non-default working hours. However, when you close and then reopen the Change Working Time dialog box, the time that you set appears correctly.
NOTE: To access the Change Working Time dialog box, click Change Working Time on the Tools menu.
The time that you set appears to be lost after you press TAB or click anywhere in the Change Working Time dialog box so that the From or To boxes no longer have focus.
NOTE: The time has not actualy changed and the time does appear correctly after you click OK and reopen the dialog box.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the versions of Microsoft Project listed above.
