  • Microsoft SideWinder 3D Pro for Macintosh, version 1.0

When you are using the Microsoft SideWinder 3D Pro, you do not need to create a profile using the Microsoft SideWinder Game Device Editor for any game that supports Apple Computer's InputSprocket technology. Creating a profile for a game that supports InputSprocket technology may adversely affect your control of the game.

To determine whether you need to create a profile for a game, refer to the documentation provided with the game to determine if it supports Apple's InputSprocket technology.

The following games are known to support InputSprocket technology:

  • Battle-Girl
  • Defiance
  • Descent II, version 1.2
  • Marathon Infinity, version 1.5

  • Tempest 2000
  • Tomb Raider II
  • Unreal
  • Virtual Game Station
