SUMMARY

The following procedure offers a very simple method for uniformly scaling an entire hierarchy or branch:

  1. Parent the models, branches and/or hierarchies to a Parent object (for example, Prim. Null).
  2. In Single mode, select the new master hierarchy.
  3. Activate all three Scale buttons (e.g. with the “X” key), and from the status bar, activate the UNI Scaling mode.
  4. To scale up or down the entire hierarchy, you can either click and drag with any of the three mouse buttons, or enter an absolute value in the Scaling dialog box.
